These terms cover your use of Your Flow State, a browser application that turns live audio into visuals. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service is in beta
It is free to use and there is nothing to pay. It is also unfinished: features change, things break, and it may be unavailable without notice. Do not rely on it as the only visual source for a paid booking without testing it first in the room you will use it in.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has access. You must be 18 or over to use this service.
What you may not do
- Break the law with it, or use it to harass anyone.
- Attempt to breach, overload, or probe the service or its infrastructure.
- Resell access to the service, or present it as your own product.
Your content stays yours
Images, video and logos you add remain yours. They stay in your browser and are not uploaded to us. We claim no rights over them and no rights over any recording you make.
Recording and music rights
The app can record what is on screen. If the music playing is not yours, recording and publishing it may need permission from whoever owns it. That is your responsibility, not ours. We provide the tool and take no position on what you capture with it.
Availability
We do not promise the service will be available at any particular time. It runs on third-party infrastructure that can fail. Once the app has loaded, the visuals keep running in your browser even if your connection drops, but signing in requires a connection.
No warranty
The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost bookings, lost income, or the visuals failing during a performance. Test before you rely on it.
Ending your use
Delete your account whenever you like, from the account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes
These terms may change while the product is in beta. The date at the top changes when they do, and material changes will be announced in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be handled by the courts of India.
